Isabella

Isabella was born with a liver cyst that led to surgery and a subsequent two-year decline in her health, eventually requiring a liver transplant. Her parents launched "Team Izzy," a fundraiser to increase awareness of her condition. Their neighbor, Karen, learned about Isabella's situation through the awareness efforts led by Isabella's father in their community and decided to become her donor. Throughout her medical challenges, Isabella has remained steadfastly optimistic, firmly believing that her liver transplant does not restrict her and that she is capable of doing anything anyone else can.
